Returns

We accept returns only if:

• Product is unopened

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

• In original packaging

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 5 days

• Include photos

• We will review and replace if approved

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that some items may ship separately.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or flat rate of $8.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BXNNED LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Customers must file claims with the carrier when applicable.
